This course is a Level 1 Award in Cake Decorating. For those who wish to learn, develop or extend initial skills and knowledge to gain a qualification. The course will include the elements of colour and design, exploring cake decorating techniques, hygiene and health and safety. A portfolio of work is produced for assessment.
