Chemistry is a very broad subject, encompassing aspects of maths, physics and biology and therefore develops and utilises a wide range of skills and knowledge. As well as the theory explaining why atoms react with one another, you will learn about the structure of matter, how dyes are made, why some reactions can be explosive and why street lamps are yellow.
