A Level Economics (B)

Course Content - Theme 1 Introduction to markets, consumers and firms with a particular focus on scarcity and choice, business economics and market failure. Theme 2 introduces students to the wider economic environment, including macroeconomic policy and the economic cycle. Theme 3 explores the global economy, including multinationals, poverty and inequality and globalisation. Theme 4 explores market failure, the financial sector, and the impact of macroeconomic policies.
