The course will enable you to develop your own creative writing skills, study a particular writing style and attempt to replicate that style and also analyse a range of speeches- both modern and iconic. In addition to this modern 21st Century poetry and prose will be studied together with the analysis and study of non-fiction text. The method of study will include a number of activities based around students making informed opinions and judgements on a range of texts.
