Areas of focus are civil courts, criminal courts, criminal process, penal system, the Legal Profession, lay people and the provision of legal services. (60% of AS Level) G152: Sources of Law Candidates will have an appreciation of the principles underlying the English Legal System. Areas of focus are the doctrine of precedent, legislation, European Union law and law reform. (40% of AS Level)
