This is an exciting new course which will allow learners to gain a wealth of knowledge about Food Science and Nutrition. It is a level 3 qualification. They will have the opportunity to learn about the relationship between the human body and food, as well as developing practical skills linked to experimental work and the cooking and preparation of food. We can tailor the course to suit the needs of students, who can study for an Award, Certificate or a Diploma.
