At A Level the drama and theatre studies specification focuses on working with plays including monologue and duologue to allow students to grow creatively and imaginatively in both devised and scripted work. Studying plays from the point of view of a director, designer, performer and critic, the course enables students to acquire a knowledge and understanding of the language and drama of theatre as well as to develop their performing and analytical skills.
