Individualised Learning Programmes to meet the needs of students linked to their aspirations and EHCP outcomes whilst preparing to enter the world of work. Students are assessed on entry and targets established in line with each individual EHCP planned outcomes. Each vocational area offers a range of vocational qualifications in line with the Study Programme. This includes Ascentis awards, certificates and diplomas. The Certificate, Award and Diploma in Using Employability Skills along with the Award and Diploma in Progression are key qualification outcomes for individuals to capture the skills developed in each vocational area. Work-based learning in the fields of catering, cafe, retail, customer care and office skills. Independence skills to support preparation for independent living. Personal development and well-being to support keeping themselves safe in the community. External work experience with link employers leading recognised outcomes.
