Tap Beginners I

This course is designed to introduce you to the basics of tap dancing in a fun learning environment. You will: Improve your overall fitness and well being. Learn the skills required to perform basic tap steps such as toe taps, shuffles, 4 beat cramp rolls, shuffle hop down and tap step ball change, to name just a few. Improve flexibility in the ankle. Improve rhythm, co-ordination and balance. Have an understanding and basic knowledge of tap terminology. The steps you learn will be linked together to form a warm up, as well as short combinations in preparation for a routine.
