This course is an intense and rigorous study of Micro-Economic and Macro-Economic models to understand the basic principle of market forces, market failure and the fundamentals of solutions to these problems. It will you give a greater insight into topics such as inflation, unemployment, the balance of payments, stock markets and government intervention in the economy through taxation and interest rates and is a rewarding and challenging experience for students.
