This course is designed for those looking to improve and maintain a healthy lifestyle through physical activity. You are welcome if you are retired and active - however everyone exercises at their own pace. Several routines will be performed on the floor - if you will find this difficult alternative exercises can be given to you standing or sitting in a chair.

This, in turn, will inform the tutor of your starting point and ensure you get the best out of your course. With your tutor you will revisit the ILR regularly so that progress and further actions can be discussed, agreed and recorded.
