W01C42A: Improving Mental Wellbeing Through Learning. Aspire 2B Me courses are based on the five ways to wellbeing, which will help to improve mental health. We are pleased to offer these free offers to people over the age of 19, who are recovering from mild to moderate mental wellbeing difficulties. These could include anxiety, depression or sleep disorders.

Name: ASPIRE 2B ME - ICT FOR THE TERRIFIED - TASTER Qualification title: Non regulated Community Learning provision, Health and Social Care Qualification type: Assessment You will be asked to complete an Individual Learning Record (ILR) at the beginning of the course/workshop. The ILR is a way for you to identify your strengths, challenges and interests and set your own personal targets. This, in turn, will inform the tutor of your starting point and ensure you get the best out of your course. With your tutor you will revisit the ILR regularly so that progress and further actions can be discussed, agreed and recorded.
