SUGARCRAFT - ANEMONES AND FREESIAS

M07C13F: The aim of this course is to make a spray of wired sugar flowers including anemones and freesias. The course is designed to promote safe working practices in the kitchen. It is aimed at both men and women with some basic knowledge of sugarcraft who wish to acquire new skills. You will be able to work reasonably at your own pace. You should have enthusiasm and a keen interest in sugarcraft.
