L07C13C: The aim of this course is to learn how to prepare and make a range of chocolates for that after dinner treat or as a gift for Christmas. The course is designed to promote safe working practices in the kitchen. It is aimed at both men and women with some basic cooking knowledge who wish to refresh their skills and acquire some new ones in chocolate work. You will be able to work reasonably at your own pace. You should have enthusiasm and a keen interest in cookery.
