This course is designed to promote safe and sustainable practices for you and others. It is aimed at either men or women with some basic cooking knowledge who wish to refresh their skills and acquire new ones in baking and pastry work. You will be able to work reasonably at your own pace. You should have enthusiasm and a keen interest in cookery.
