This course will not only inform you about the most important aspects of nutrition but it will also help you to put your knowledge into practice immediately. No prior knowledge is necessary. The ILR is a way for you to identify your strengths, challenges and interests and set your own personal targets. This, in turn, will inform the tutor of your starting point and ensure you get the best out of your course. With your tutor you will revisit the ILR regularly so that progress and further actions can be discussed, agreed and recorded.
