A Level Geography

UPDATED 20161013 11:22:27

A Level Geography - Geography explores the fascinating relationship between human populations and the natural environment. If you are interested in physical processes and their close links with human activity, then Geography is for you. Geography will help you acquire a range of skills and enable you to recognise the complex inter-relationships within human and natural environments, as well as understanding how people can work towards a more sustainable future. Why study Geography at A Level? Are you interested in global challenges such as population growth, migration or development and globalisation? Or are you are interested in global environmental issues such as climate change, extreme weather and natural hazards? If yes, A Level Geography is a good choice for you. If you want to study a subject that does not commit you totally to ‘the Sciences’ or ‘the Arts’, Geography gives you something of each. It combines scientific rigour with a strong ‘human interest’. It also links naturally with a wide range of A Level subjects.
