Students who have a desire to improve their language understanding will find that a language A level compliments most subjects. This course will enable you to communicate in the written and spoken language for a variety of purposes in the following topic areas; • world and local issues and events, • the environment, • citizenship • society and culture. This will be studied over 4 x 1 hour lessons per week as well as supported self-study periods.
