This two year course is equivalent to three full A Levels. It is a technical course designed to prepare you for exploring a specialist career in IT support and networking. You will discover how systems are supported, trouble shot, repaired, installed and upgraded by studying about computers systems, architecture, communication technologies and networking. You will also experience supporting users and take a detailed look at systems and network security.
