This one year vocational course is equivalent to two GCSEs and will help prepare you for working in one of the UK’s most exciting industries. You will find out how the travel and tourism sector works and why it is such an important sector in the economy. You will study ten units including customer service and exploring airports and airlines, most importantly, you will develop skills and knowledge which employers value and expect from prospective employees.
