A Level Psychology

In year 12, there are two exam papers. The first unit is ‘Introductory Topics’. In this unit, students become familiar with the perspectives and issues around published psychological evidence. The second paper, ‘Psychology in Context’, focuses on the application and conduct of Psychology in the real world. The successful completion of these two papers will lead to an AS Level. In Year 13 there are three papers. One paper will focus on advanced Introductory Topics, the second will build upon the AS Psychology in context unit. The third unit will focus on Options and Issues in Psychology. The successful completion of all three papers will lead to an A Level in Psychology.
