Film Studies is a subject that by its nature requires candidates to consider individual, moral, ethical, social, cultural and contemporary issues. The course provides a framework for exploration of such issues and includes specific content through which students may address these issues. This course will offer a vocational as well as academic route into employment or further education. Qualifications in Film Studies are acceptable as an entry to many different careers or courses. These may include: Marketing, Journalism, Education, Film Production, Media Studies, Creative Writing, Social Sciences.
