If you want to gain a good working knowledge of international cookery and catering skills, this course is for you. You will study a range of topics, including Asian, African-Caribbean and European cookery and pastry skills. You will also learn about health and safety issues. The course is mostly practical, but you will collect evidence of what you have done. The course is parent friendly with flexible times to suit childcare and is for people from difference backgrounds.
