The Advanced apprenticeship Framework consists of Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths; QCF Level 3 Diploma Health & Social Care (Adults) for England (you must achieve 58 credits to gain this qualification); Knowledge component - Preparing to work in Adult Social Care, this qualification is combined with the competence based QCF to assist you to develop your knowledge and understanding within your job role; Employee rights and responsibilities and Personal learning and thinking skills (PLTS) are integrated within your course.
