Extended Diploma in Bench Joinery (QCF)

This course aims to prepare you for employment and further training in the construction industry. Topics covered are those that are required for the construction of buildings. These include use of hand tools and portable power tools. Skills covered can include: setting out and making joinery products such as stairs, marking out joinery products such as door and window frames, manufacturing products, and operating circular saws. You will study in a modern, industry standard wood assembly workshop and multi skills site environment for carpentry construction.
