A Level Further Mathematics A Further Mathematics ‘A’ Level can give students, studying degrees in Science, Engineering & Mathematics, a distinct advantage at the beginning of their course. InIn Year 12 students will complete A2 Mathematics at an accelerated pace, then move onto A2 Further Mathematics in Year 13. They will receive 12 lessons a fortnight. Please note: An ‘AS’ in Further Mathematics can be studied in Year 13 after a successful completion of the ‘A’ Level Mathematics course.
