The subject concentrates on People, Participation and Politics as well as Governing Modern Britain. Unit 1: (GOVP1): People, Politics and Participation. Unit 2: (GOVP2): Governing Modern Britain. A2 Outline At A2, student can expect to study areas including: US Politics and US Government and Ideologies. Unit 3: The Politics of the USA (GOV3A) Unit 4: The Government of the USA (GOV4A) Students will be expected to take an active interest in current affairs and there will be ample opportunity to relate current events to academic analysis.
