This subject includes a broad range of musical skills suitable for those interested in both Music and Music Technology and has a focus on the creation of music in a variety of ways. You will have the opportunity to learn how to compose music using different types of software in different styles (including popular song styles). For those also interested in performing, there are many opportunities to use this in and outside of the course although, as this will not be formally assessed this is not essential (the course can be undertaken by non-performers). Taking this course could lead to further study of Music or Music Technology at university.
