An introduction into: Basic chopping, Slicing and dicing techniques. Basic preparation of fresh ingredients to produce healthy meals. Basic cooking methods such as: baking, boiling, stewing and frying. You will demonstrate safe use of kitchen equipment. You will demonstrate and identify good kitchen and personal hygiene. You will demonstrate safe use of Knives. This is a taster set up specifically as part of the Health and Wellbeing themed courses running that is combined with the exercise courses
