You will demonstrate safe and hygienic working methods working in a group setting. You will research prices in various supermarkets. You will research regulations necessary in order to sell goods. Calculate food costs of items baked. Identify and demonstrate the differences between baking blind and baking. Identify and demonstrate preparation techniques such as rubbing in, creaming, whisking & folding.
