You will start off making a simple fascinator for your hair then progress your skills to make hats using the block method to start with. When you have gained these skills you will be then creating your own designs and making more fantastic hats.
Name: Millinery (NCFE Level 1) Qualification title: Award in Creative Craft (QCF) Qualification type: Assessment A variety of teaching strategies will be used: Whole class teaching, group work, paired work and one to one. You will receive both verbal and written feedback from your tutor about your progress on course. You will complete a folder of work, which will be continually assessed by your tutor.
