A Level music is intended to be stimulating and enriching for students and teachers alike. The course will develop the performance skills (solo and/or ensemble), composing and analytical skills by studying selected pieces of music from 1600 to the present day. The course is excellent preparation for higher education courses in music, but it is equally valuable for non-specialists as a second or third choice to complement your other subject choices.
