This exciting course will provide the individual student with the opportunity to build on their existing skills and to explore new areas in Physiology, Psychology and Socio-cultural studies. This work enables the learner to educate themselves and others so that healthy lifestyles can be adopted. Lessons will adopt an active, practical angle so that students are able to relate the theory to the sporting reality. Practical work can be undertaken in sports, coaching or officiating.
