Theatre Studies Advanced Subsidiary Level Theatre Studies allows students the opportunity to combine a sophisticated practical and academic response to theatre in all its forms. Students will study set texts and the work of several theatrical practitioners as well as participating in group projects producing original performance work and performing scripted plays. To be a high achiever in Theatre Studies we expect students to work co-operatively and sensitively with others. Students should be able to give up time outside school hours and have a genuine interest in theatre. A willingness to experiment with new ideas and a sense of fun are also important.
