In this course you will learn about the theory of beauty, face and body treatments, anatomy and physiology and salon management. You will also have practical experience of beauty therapy including electrical face and body treatments, hair removal by electrolysis and body massage.The course may include visits to beauty exhibitions, shows and a residential trip to enhance your studies.During the course you will build up a portfolio of evidence. You will have to work on clients to complete the qualification. You must ensure you can provide some of your own clients and have family members and friends who are willing to come in to the college for treatments with you.
