Functional Skills English Entry Level 3

This 14 week course is designed for anyone who wants to improve their practical skills in English and covers three main elements: reading,writing and speaking and listening. This is an ideal course for those looking to improve their job prospects as well as using your new skills at home with activities such as helping your children with their English homework. You will become more confident when using English in day-to-day life eg. writing letters and making complaints over the phone.

Name: Functional Skills English Entry Level 3 Qualification title: Functional Skills qualification in English at Entry 3 Qualification type: Assessment Studying at home is essential as this will reinforce the skills learnt in class.The Entry 3 qualification will be assessed in three parts: reading -  a paper-based test lasting for forty five minuteswriting - a paper-based test lasting for forty five minutesdiscussions - you will take part in two discussions which will take place in the classroomAs this is a short course you will need to attend every class and study at home.
