Line Managers, who manage teams of people and contribute to their organisation's activities and decisions, will also benefit from the personnel skills and knowledge in this programme. Course information

Name: CIPD Level 3 Human Resources Diploma Qualification title: Diploma in Human Resources Practice (QCF) Qualification type: Assessment There are no examinations, but there are assignments (one per module). The assignments are important as they confirm that you have the required skills and knowledge for that module. Every assignment must be passed. They are very achievable, especially if students have kept up to date with course work through the programme. The course does require some reading and research to support your studies, however this is variable depending on your pace and focus. You should assume that the classroom hours of approximately 5 - 6 per week are matched by an equivalent amount of your own time in reading, preparation for class and writing up assignments.
