English Language

UPDATED 20160909 10:12:01

English Language is a dynamic course which teaches students to become experts in exploring how language is used across a range of contexts. Whilst it develops from GCSE study, in many ways it’s like starting a completely new course. Through studying it you will learn how to never take your language for granted again. Literature does not form part of the course and instead you will explore a range of spoken and written texts including conversations, media scripts, advertisements, newspaper articles and speeches.
