The VTCT Level 2 Diploma in Exercise, Health and Fitness Studies (QCF) is focused towards those seeking to gain a vocationally related qualification in the context of exercise, health and fitness. This substantive qualification is ideal provision to support study programmes. Within the mandatory element of this qualification you will develop the skills and knowledge required to plan, deliver and evaluate a gym-based exercise programme. You have the option to take additional units which include a fitness route in Kettlebell training, circuit training and/or studio cycling. You may also choose to study a massage route which provides a basic introduction to massage therapy techniques.
