Functional Skills Maths Workshops - two session intensive, Tuesday and Thursday. This course starts with detailed initial assessment; you will undertake project based maths with embedded English and ICT & cover the FS standards and Core curriculum. This session best suits learners who are keen to build their skills quickly: it will suit you if you are looking to build your skills to gain for employment (e.g. referred by a Job Coach) Functional skills qualifications are offered at level 1 and level 2. This is for you if you have most skills at either level 1 or at level 2. For more information please read the Course Information Sheet. The learner's journey will be as follows: an induction and skills review period followed by learning assessed by one or two qualifications.
