The Certificate in Children and Young People's Workforce Level 2 is suitable for people working in early year's settings as volunteers or paid staff and wish to gain a Level 2 qualification as recognised by Ofsted Statuary Guidance (2014) in the staff ratio requirements. This qualification is suitable for people who are new to childcare or are working under supervision. Topics include child development, safeguarding, first aid and teamwork.
