This fun energetic class will explore Pan African Dance with a focus on Sabar and other West African dance forms. Learners will have a great workout that would energise, improve flexibility, challenge and improve physical dance skills and improve well-being . In addition to improving skills learners will develop knowledge of West African Culture through dance and live music. Classes are accompanied by live drumming. All levels and abilities welcome.
