PRINTMAKING TECHNIQUES: DESIGNS FOR FASHION, HOME AND ART

This course will appeal to learners who have an interest in home design, fashion of creative 2 - D art work. The basic printmaking techniques that will be taught throughout the academic year are: mono - printing; lino cut; block printing; silk screen. Pencils, rubber and a sketchbook (A3 and A4 sketchbooks are available to buy from the college). You may wish to purchase equipment of your own based on the print direction you wish to follow.
