Counselling Skills Certificate Level 2

The course explores and examines from a theoretical and practical perspective the application of counselling skills in a range of different settings. Underpinning all learning is the Person Centred Approach of Carl Rogers which offers a challenging and exciting opportunity to work experientially and enable a deeper exploration of the development of self. Applicants need to have studied the Interpersonal Skills Level 1 Award or an equivalent. The course includes 20 hours of home study and a weekend residential. A cost of approximately £135 will be required for the residential. Courses starting in January there will include two Saturday workshops.
