This qualification is designed for individuals employed in the hospitality industry as a housekeeper who needs to develop or consolidate their skills. You are required to take three mandatory units which cover aspects of maintaining a safe, hygienic and secure working environment, working effectively as part of a hospitality team and Clean and service a range of housekeeping areas within a housekeeping environment. You then have a choice of a wide range of optional units covering different areas of the housekeeping role. This allows you to tailor the qualification to meet the needs of your work place. In addition to the Diploma in housekeeping, you will study employment rights and responsibilities.
