This is a course for bakers who have a little experience and wish to expand their repertoire with recipes including pithivier, chocolate torte, glazed fruit tartlets, summer pimms cake, pain au chocolat and panettone. The approximate cost of buying ingredients will be £5 - 6 per week but ingredients for the first week will be supplied by the college. Please bring an apron, dish cloth and tea towel to every lesson.
