For beginners or for those with more experience, you will learn or improve sugar craft and cake decorating techniques through demonstration and hands on experience. It is for beginners and those with more experience and will include individual and group learning in a friendly and supportive class. During the course we will aim to use both sugar paste and Royal icing to improve such skills as cake covering. piping, modelling, and making flowers and decorations for cakes. By the end of the course you will be able to decorate a celebration or novelty cake. The first class is demonstration only. Please bring apron, dish/tea cloth notebook and pen. You will need to supply your own materials. The class is mixed ability so students can learn at their own level plus learning from each other. Tutor: Margaret Burgess
