This course is for anyone who works with children and young people from 3 16 years (working in Childrens Centres Secondary school support staff Extended schools Health & Social Care and Local Authority Practitioners and Advisory staff) and wants to improve their skills and knowledge whilst staying in their current job. Foundation Degrees (FdA) are particularly appropriate for students considering returning to learning after a break or those who have not gained their qualifications through the traditional school based route. The course does not qualify you to teach (QTS) or confer the title of Early Years Professional but is a stepping stone towards this status. You will study at the Langley campus of East Berkshire College all day Wednesday 9.00am 6.30pm This Foundation Degree is validated by the University of West London. What you will study.
