You will receive two certificates one for air cabin crew in which you will study units covering what is involved when working as cabin crew safety procedures legislation and selling techniques. The second is in customer service and will ensure that you can handle everything from a query to a complaint handle the trickiest of customers sell and upsell products and services as well as manage the customer service environment. You will need GCSE C grades in Maths and English Language to gain employment within the airline sector and these or their equivalents may be studied alongside this main programme of study if these qualifications are not already held. Trips work placements and simulated work experience days form an essential part of this course. There will be additional costs for these.
