Construction/Engineering Access to HE Level 3

The Access to Construction and Engineering programme is a one year intensive course for mature learners aged 19+. The Access programme is designed to help you gain the skills knowledge and confidence to study at degree level on a range of courses including Construction Technology Site Management and Civil Engineering . The Diploma consists of mandatory and optional units all of which have a credit value and a total of 60 credits are required to achieve the Diploma. The units cover a wide range of topics both subject specific and more generic study skills. The subject specific units may include Construction Technology Sustainability and Materials Engineering whilst the study skills units would cover topics such as Academic Writing Research Skills and Algebra.
